AGE’s Thrive Social & Wellness Centers are designed for seniors who need help managing daily activities during the day, or who are at risk of feeling isolated and lonely. Our Centers enable older adults to socialize with peers while receiving the care they need during the day. Then they return to the comfort and familiarity of home at night with their family.
AGE offers one-on-one information and referral, as well as educational events and support groups, for people who provide care to an aging or disabled adult. AGE also offers free evidence-based, year-round courses for non-professional family caregivers across four counties through the collaborative program CaregiverU.
AGE’s Memory Connections early memory loss support program provide weekly, evidence-informed cognitive activities and support to individuals experiencing the symptoms of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder, as well as their caregivers, in order that they may remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.
The new Virtual Connections program provides innovative virtual services for older adults and care partners to help you thrive, through a monthly subscription program offering group and virtual activities designed for different cognitive levels. In collaboration with you, we create an individualized service plan, then provide tailored services or connect you to vetted service providers in the community to meet your goals and needs.
