Helping older adults and family caregivers THRIVE!

Memory Connections is a proactive and supportive community for those living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or in the early stages of memory loss. Through Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, engaging group activities, support groups, brain health education, and in-person meetups, participants build the tools to navigate memory changes with confidence, while forming meaningful connections that reduce isolation and promote emotional well-being.
