She Thrives: The Art of Aging is Central Texas’ premier celebration of women, aging, and caregiving—two empowering events with storytelling, style, and community designed to uplift and honor all women.

The She Thrives Summit equips women of all ages and backgrounds and the men who support them with resources, information, and community needed to validate and empower them as they navigate their aging and caregiving journeys.

The She Thrives Dinner featuring the Runway of Resilience will raise money to support family caregivers in need served by AGE of Central Texas.
