The Shared Journey Society
For those who make the ultimate commitment to AGE of Central Texas, we invite you to join The Shared Journey Society.
The Shared Journey Society recognizes individuals and families who have named AGE of Central Texas as the beneficiary of any type of planned or deferred gift. Our purpose is to recognize and thank those who have made this generous, life-long commitment to AGE. We are inspired by you who shares our mission to help older adults and their caregivers thrive as they navigate the realities and opportunities of aging and caregiving. *All members have the option to remain anonymous.
Members will receive the following benefits:
- Invitation to annual luncheon to recognize members, receive an exclusive report on the status and future of AGE presented by AGE’s Executive Director and Board President, and offer feedback as a valued investor.
- Invitation to AGE events.
- Name placement on the Shared Giving Society plaque to be hung in AGE’s Central Austin location. Name will be added when gift is received.
What is planned giving?
Planned giving provides you the opportunity to invest in AGE’s future by leaving a legacy that will help the aging community in need for many years to come. There are different ways to make a planned gift. Click here for a list of gift options.
How can I give?
There are many opportunities to become part of The Shared Journey Society, including: bequests, appreciated securities, life insurance policies, retirement plans, donor advised funds, gift or personal property, charitable trusts, gift of real estate or mineral interests, qualified charitable distributions, and cash.
How will my gift help?
You have the opportunity to choose whether your gift is dedicated to a specific program, a general allocated fund or a combination of both. Any of these opportunities will help ensure that AGE will continue to serve older adults and caregivers for many years to come.
