How AGE’s Thrive Centers Can Help Your Family
For Your Older Loved One
- Expert Care: a full-time nurse to assist with medication management and health monitoring.
- All-Inclusive: nutritious meals, transportation options (depending on location and availability), and engaging activities such as art, music, brain boosters, and exercise.
- Socialization: Activities, friendship, and reduced isolation.
For the Family Caregiver
- Respite: Breaks for family caregivers to prevent burnout
- Hours and Scheduling: Open Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm. Thrive Center staff will work with your schedule and unique needs.
- Flexible Payment options: Medicaid, veteran’s benefits, long-term care insurance, or private pay ($100/day; discounts available for 3+ days of attendance per week).
