The Dignity Derby launches AGE of Central Texas’ annual Donation Drive for Dignity, a community-wide effort addressing one of the most overlooked yet essential needs facing older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers: Access to incontinence supplies and durable medical equipment.

While the Drive includes the collection of adult pull-ups and related items, funds raised through the Dignity Derby support AGE’s HELP Program (Health Equipment Lending Program). HELP provides free incontinence supplies and critical durable medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and safety equipment helping individuals overcome financial barriers, preserve dignity, and age safely at home.

This high-energy kickoff brings together corporate partners and community leaders to open the Drive, inspire participation, and highlight HELP’s impact. Guests will enjoy light bites, themed activities, and engaging moments that balance fun with purpose. The event also serves as a call to action, encouraging companies and teams to commit to supply drives and fundraising goals, while sponsors receive prominent recognition throughout the Drive as champions of dignity and community care.
