Caregiver Information and Resources

Caregiver Resources"Every caregiver that comes to us has different needs, responsibilities, and support systems. Our mission is to guide each caregiver to the available resources best suited for their unique situation." - Eva Church, Caregiver Information and Resources Coordinator

Caregivers often feel isolated and alone.  AGE can change that. Whether you are looking for information, education, ideas, or an understanding ear, we are here to help you as you help your senior loved one navigate the challenges of aging. Call, email or stop by the AGE building.

AGE offers educational events (click here for events calendar), information, resources, and support groups for people who provide care to an aging or disabled adult. Through collaborative relationships, we help to educate the community about the value of caregiving. All of our services are provided at no cost. Services are provided in person at the AGE Historic Building or by phone or email. Please contact Eva Church or Bruce Kravitz at (512) 451-4611 for assistance.

We can help you in your search for housing, transportation, physical and mental health resources, financial and legal resources, government benefits, educational and recreational activities, in-home and adult daycare services, and other services for seniors or family caregivers. We offer a wide range of free educational opportunities (click here for events calendar)  from one-time seminars on specific topics to multi-class evidence based training through CaregiverU (click here to go to www.caregiveruCenTX.org website).
