Joyce Lauck, MBA, Executive Director
Joyce Lauck is a community leader and expert on aging issues in Texas, and she brings 20 years of business expertise gained in management roles with the H.E.B. Grocery Corporation. Joyce has served on the boards of the YWCA, the Capital Area Food Bank, past chair of the Aging Services Council of Central Texas, and she serves on the Aging Advisory Council for Area Agency on Aging. Currently Joyce holds leadership positions with the Adult Day Care Association of Texas and One Voice. She earned her Bachelor of Science from The State University of New York at Brockport and her Master of Business Administration from St. Edwards University. Joyce has been leading AGE of Central Texas since 2000.
Annette Juba, LCSW, Deputy Director of Programs

Annette Juba is a committed care professional and a leading expert on dementia and caregiving issues. With over 20 years of experience working to support older adults and their families in Central Texas, she has served in such various positions as director of the Greater Austin Cares respite collaboration, co-director of New Connections, staff social worker at Westminster Manor, the past co-chair of the Aging Services Council, and a facilitator for numerous support groups. Annette is a licensed clinical social worker, and volunteers extensively in the community. Annette is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, earning her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Social Work. Annette joined AGE of Central Texas in 2010.
Lauren Robertson, Development Director

Lauren is passionate fundraiser with expertise in individual giving, online tools for fundraising, and creating community partnerships. With more than 8 years of fundraising experience, she joined AGE in October 2015 from the YMCA of Austin, where she managed the organization’s annual giving campaign overseeing $1.2 million. Before that, Lauren launched her non-profit career working for Greenpeace USA and brings the activism background to her current position. With a track record of increasing donated revenue and community awareness, she is grateful to be working on growing AGE’s mission. She is a graduate of Southwestern University, artist, and avid reader.
Annette Cooper, Finance and Operations Director

Annette has more than 19 years accounting experience with 15 years of experience in the non-profit world, working with organizations ranging from ½ million dollar budgets to $8 million dollar budgets. Her diverse experience includes Finance Director, Residential Services Director, and VP of Operations and Finance. Having cared for two grandmothers in the later stages of life, Annette fell in love with AGE’s mission to support the entire family during the aging process and is excited to join the loving, caring staff. Annette moved to the Austin area Thanksgiving 2009. She has a daughter who graduated from the University of Texas – Austin, and one son who is currently a sophomore at UT. Her other son has aspirations to attend Annette’s alma mater, Texas Tech University.
Rob Faubion, Director of Marketing and Communications

Rob has been assisting numerous Central Texas non-profit organizations for more than 25 years by helping shape their strategic plans, marketing and outreach efforts, client services, and media relations. He has been an active presence with many regional organizations, including The Wright House Wellness Center, Project Transitions, Big Brothers Big Sisters, ZACH Theatre, the American Heart Association, OutYouth, Capital City Men’s Chorus, The Long Center, Texas Performing Arts, AIDS Services of Austin, YWCA-Austin, and many more. He has 30+ years of experience in non-profit management and marketing, and is an award-winning journalist and advertising professional. He is also a professional entertainer, who has sung and danced on Broadway, been seen in dozens of feature films and television shows, and emcees some of Austin’s biggest annual fundraising events.
